Cold & compression rentals are typically not covered by insurance. We're a cash-pay service, which keeps things simple and lets us deliver next-day in most cases. Save your receipt — many HSA/FSA accounts will reimburse.
If you order at least 3 days before your surgery date, we guarantee delivery before your procedure. For local Houston-area orders we can often do same-day or next-day. Contact us for rush requests.
You get the NICE 1 control unit, the appropriate pad for your body area (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, etc.), all hoses and connectors, a power adapter, a clear setup guide, and free pickup or return shipping at the end of your rental.

No deposit for standard rentals. We do collect billing details so we can charge for damaged or unreturned equipment, but in practice this almost never happens — patients are great about returning units on time.
